There are times that your child's school will need to communicate important information to you via phone. In order to ensure that you receive these important messages, please specify how you prefer to receive them as well as alternative ways of contacting you via phone.

Your physical address will be defaulted for any students you enroll. A physical address must be verified using utility bills, mortgage payments, tax documents, or other acceptable proof of residency. If you are unable to prove residency by providing the requested documents, you will need to obtain an Affidavit of Residence or Approved District Transfer.
